Titan Training 347 InBody Body Composition Analysis
When you weigh yourself, what do the numbers on a bathroom type scale really mean? What the number you see really means is the amount of force that gravity exerts on your body while you are standing on the scale, which is your weight expressed in pounds or kilograms. Was it weight and fat loss or was it muscle gain or loss? If you are following a diet and or exercise plan, how do you know if it is effective?
Your body is a complex structure made of different components, such as body water, fat and muscle. Your body cannot be expressed with one simple number.
Titan Training 347 is offering state of the art InBody body composition analysis though a fifteen second non-invasive full body scan. The InBody 270 is the same as stepping on a scale, while holding on the two handles. See the image at the bottom of the page. Click on the red button near the middle of the page to schedule a private and confidential appointment for your InBody Body Composition Analysis. The cost of the InBody scan is $50.00 cash or check and includes a consultation about your results and goal setting, nutrition and exercise recommendations.
The InBody scan not only examines the composition of your body, but also reveals the weight and percentage of body fat, muscle distribution, and body water components that are key to the understanding of your body. Knowing what your body is made up of is essential in preparing a diet and or exercise plan.
The InBody scan will give you a Segmental Lean Analysis of the Lean Mass in each arm, legs and trunk. This will be expressed in weight and percentage. The percentage indicates whether or not the Lean Mass is capable of supporting the individual’s body weight. Each of these body areas can be addressed to achieve a full body balance. This is great for assessing mobility and fall risk in older or sedentary people.
Taking the InBody scan once will give you a snapshot of your body in that moment of time. However, taking the InBody scan consistently, every 3 - 4 weeks will give you a timeline of your progress in health and fitness. You will be able to see muscle gain and fat loss from your exercise and diet on the body composition history in the printed report.
Appointments are private and confidential
